Beer Description
In paleontology, a Lazarus taxon is a taxon that disappears for one or more periods from the fossil record, only to appear again later. And so our Texas brown ale got its name, being a somewhat popular homebrew style in the early 80s but kind of disappearing after that. Bigger and beefier than your standard brown ale, Taxon has rich, dark chocolate notes on the front palate complemented by a bold hop finish.
