Beer Description
Brewed with two types of Pilsner, Red Wheat Malt, Victory Malt and Demerra Sugar.
Brewed for the 2010 Beer Advocate Belgian Beer Fest. This is the “small beer” of the two beers brewed for the 2010 fest. Hopped with Northern Brewer, Mt Hood and Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with Belgian Yeast Strain with significant phenolics and spice character.
