(Allergy warning: this beer actually contains nuts) This malty strong ale is the base beer for a new adjunct flavor that Cellarmaker is exploring: nuts! We enhanced the classic nuttiness of Maris Otter barley and caramel and raisin flavors of a variety of English crystal malts by conditioning the beer on 4 lbs per bbl of toasted American native wild pecans!
