Beer Description
Brett IPA fermented w/ blend of Chico Ale Yeast and Brett Claussenii (aka Brett C). Brett C offers tropical pineapple alongside a more subtle character of leather + earth. ALS hop blend used consists of mostly Equinox + Mosaic w/ smaller amts. of experimental hops. Cellarmaker donates $1 from each pint of this beer sold in house or off-site towards ALS research.
