The paw paw fruit is the Native Fruit of Ohio. The paw paw tree is a relative of tropical fruit trees, but the paw paw tree grows in temperate climates and produces a one of a kind experience with flavors of mango, banana, and a touch of melon. Paw Paw Wheat is an Imperial Wheat ale fermented with 400 pounds of locally harvested paw paw fruit.
