About the brewery
Midtfyns Bryghus was founded in the fall of 2004, and in March of the following year, an expectant public began tasting the fruits of the brewery’s labor. Originally, beers produced at the brewery were brewed on license from Scotland. The goal of this new direction was to create a comprehensive range of unique beers, developed in-house at the brewery.
