Old Beersel Brewery , founded in 1882, is located in Beersel 10 km southwest of the center of Brussels. It is one of the last authentic lambic breweries that Belgium is rich and is known for its traditional way and according to ancient tradition brewed lambic. Lambic aged up to three years in wooden casks, after which it is cut into Oude Geuze. By sour cherries on lambic to yeast and ferment in the bottle after Oude Kriek is born.
