It offers a pale gold color; light body; superb, clean, easy-drinking flavor; and the crisp satisfaction of perfect conditioning highlighted by a bright, floral hop finish.
Farmhouse ale hopped exclusively with Mosaic and refermented with Brettanomyces. EU brewed version comes in a green wrapping. US brewed version comes in a yellow wrapping.
Belgian ale aged on oak chips with coconut and peaches. Brewed with Belgian candi sugar, lactose, Magnum and Simcoe, fermented with Trappist Yeast and Brett Brux III.
In the true spirit of the project, we have created a beer based on the classic Belgian Abt style, with unique Wisconsin contributions including Santiam/Chinook
Pours orange with a very nice, mellow Belgian style aroma. Sweet tropical fruit flavors with maybe a touch of coconut. Starts sweet, and ends really bitter.
