    This one is loaded with Cashmere and El Dorado hops. Notes of citrus, tropical fruit and honeysuckle. Such a legit combo.

    For this batch we use Citra and Azacca, a newer dwarf hop variety. Look for dank notes of tropical fruit with a hint of citrus pith.

    Aged in Finger Lakes Distilling rye whiskey barrels for just over 8 months. Complex flavor & aroma from the barrels are picked up with minimal burn.

    We let this beer age for 13 months in Four Roses bourbon barrels. The result is a big, smooth beer perfectly suited to the dark days and cold weather ahead.
