Join us for a 6 course pairing dinner with Founder’s brews. Call 860-589-0239 to reserve your tickets, $65 pp and $120 for two, does not include sales tax and tip. Or stop by to purchase!
1) To start Glass of KBS
2) Blushing Monk Belgian Strong 9.2% paired with blue cheese and walnut cracker, carbonated grapes, brie and absinthe powder.
3) Devil Dancer Double IPA 12%, paired with alligator rangoon, orange ginger sauce.
4) Red’s Rye 6.6%, roasted local tomato soup/garlic bread
5) Backwoods Bastard, Scotch Ale 10.2%, paired with smoked brisket, local corn and fried okra
6) Curmudgen Old Ale, 9.8%, paired with NY style cheesecake with macadamia nut crust.
