Join us for a special five-course beer dinner in The CUBE at Standard Market Naperville with our friends from Allagash Brewing Company in Portland, Maine.
$60/person includes 5 courses and beer pairings.

Paired with: Allagash Confluence (Strong golden ale)
Second Course
Housemade sausages, pickled mustard seed, cauliflower, roasted carrot
Paired with: Allagash Sixteen Counties (Belgian-style ale)
Third Course
Squid, green apples, thyme, wood broth, jalapeño peppers, roasted tomatoes
Paired with: Allagash Victoria (Ale brewed with Chardonnay grapes)
Fourth Course
House-cured duck, granola, beet meringue, roast grapes, smoked salt, sorrel
Paired with: Allagash Interlude (Ale aged in red wine barrels)
Fifth Course
Compressed strawberries, spicy butterscotch, homemade yogurt, honey squash cracker, bIack pepper
