Highland Park 15 Year Old is a masterfully balanced single malt Scotch whisky crafted at the legendary Highland Park Distillery on Orkney. Matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, this expression showcases the distillery’s signature harmony of honeyed sweetness, gentle smoke, and warm spice.
Beautifully rich and complex, the 15 Year Old combines layers of crème brûlée, heather honey, and toasted oak with bursts of fresh pineapple, citrus zest, and soft vanilla. A whisper of Orkney peat smoke lingers through the long, elegant finish, leaving a satisfying balance of fruit and spice.
