Semi-dry, medium-bodied red with a brilliant ruby color. The Game Bird Red is mellow red wine with notes of ripe cherry and blackberry, with an essence of herbs.
It’s produced with a blend of Marechal Foch and Vidal Blanc with a touch of Cabernet Franc. .
