Beer Description
Maple Pecan Pumpkin Pie Milkshake IPA is just an unabashedly Autumnal episode in our freaked out culinary IPA journey, originally begun with our very special friends at Omnipollo. Brewed with oats, wheat and lactose sugar, as well as pumpkin, maple syrup, and pecan meal. Conditioned on quite a lot of Madagascar vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, as well as more maple and pecan, for those of us who never want Autumn to end. Dry hopped with a bit of hand selected Mosaic and Citra from our annual selections. 7.2% ABV.
