HAZY IPA collaboration with CELLARMAKER
Bagel Bytes 2.0 is the second test batch for Pizza Pals 2024, a winter seasonal collaboration with Cellarmaker in San Francisco. Pizza and Beer are a dream team, Cellarmaker and Fort George are a dream team, and the recipe for this beer came to us in a dream. It’s a powerful Hazy IPA, smooth and aromatic enough to compliment any variety of pizza. Look for cans of Pizza Pals in 4-packs this winter and in the meantime, let us know what you think.
What’s new in this batch: Different hop lots and a new yeast make this Byte a little smoother but it maintains the rich opaque haze.
Hops: Simcoe, NZ Cascade, NZ Nelson, Hollingberry Galaxy, YCH Simcoe
Malts: Rahr Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Oat Malt, Weyermann Acidulated
Yeast: London DF
