A Blend of Saison, House made 3 month long Carbonic Macerated Orange Wine (Sauv Blanc Grapes from Rochioli Winery) & house made 3 month long carbonic macerated Rosé (Hybrid Grapes from Filoli Garden).
Aged for a combined 48 months in a blend of 1792 High Rye Bourbon Barrels and 1792 Rye Whiskey Barrels. Finished with Vermont Maple Syrup, Saigon Cinnamon, and Madagascar Vanilla.
