Another year, another shift in the most popular breweries. Read on for the full list!
Note 1: This list is compiled according to pageviews on BeerMenus.com during 2019. You might be surprised at some of the producers who made the cut, but you know what they say: the data doesn't lie!
Note 2: We take an expansive view of the word "brewery"—we include all producers (e.g. cider producers) in this pool.
Boston's finest, Trillium changed the beer scene in Boston with their tiny brewery in Fort Point. Then again when they opened a big ol' facility in Canton. Then again when they opened multiple beer gardens and venues across the city. They are inseparable from the beer culture of their city, and consistently churn out phenomenal beer of all styles.
You've gotta be doing something right when people are willing to travel to Decorah, Iowa to wait in line for your beer. That's no slight on Decorah or Iowa, it's just that it's 3 hours from Des Moines and 5 hours from Chicago. Long way to go, but the stouts and IPAs are certainly tasty once you make it.
Brooklyn based brewery and distillery, founded by a beer industry veteran, cranking out top notch IPA's, lagers, and more. We've been friends since day one, so we're glad to see that folks are seeking them out!
A perennial chart topper and a brewery selected best in the world more times than I can count, it's no surprise to see them in this position. They're absolute masters of the craft.
An NYC favorite propelled, no doubt, by the banner year they had taking over what used to be Schmaltz in upstate New York. That purchase and growth definitely jumped them a few pegs up on their annual barrelage and folks are scooping it up every chance they get.
